Chaos counselor, practitioner, consultant and expert in the intersection of homes and mental health.

My goal? To create feel-good homes that support emotional well-being through creative organization and personalized solutions.

My story

A social worker by training, a designer at heart, and a firm believer that your home should support your mental health—not challenge it.

With degrees from Princeton University (BA) and Columbia University (MPH, MSW), I spent over 15 years working at the frontlines of public health and mental health—specializing in suicide prevention, emergency response, and urban epidemiology. It was deeply meaningful work, providing insights into what truly matters to people.

In 2012, I founded Solve My Space to merge my clinical background with my creative instincts. Since then, I’ve helped over 800 clients around the world create homes that feel organized, grounded, and uniquely theirs.

My approach is equal parts therapeutic and practical. Whether we’re decluttering a kitchen or reimagining a living room, I draw from a unique blend of social work, systems thinking, and design to create feel-good homes.

As the daughter of a journalist, I grew up in seven countries and learned to speak French, Spanish, and German. Constant moving gave me a global perspective—and a deep respect for the way our physical environments impact our emotional lives.

Vitamin D-Clutter is my signature home support group program. This engaging and FUN 6-week online program features interactive workshops and co-working sessions all designed to help you achieve and maintain a clutter-free space while focusing on the emotional health of your home.
